Frozen Momo Cooking Instructions

Delicious Dumplings Ready in Minutes

Steamer

  1. Fill the steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Apply non-stick oil (preferably spray) to the tray.
  3. Place frozen momos on it with spacing so they don't touch each other.
  4. Cover the tray and steam for 14–15 minutes.
  5. Open the lid. Touch the wrapper; if it’s non-sticky and slightly transparent, they are done.
  6. Carefully remove the momos from the steamer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Deep-Fryer

  1. Use 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Arrange momos in the skillet with spacing.
  3. Carefully pour ½ cup of water into the skillet and cover with a lid to create steam.
  4. Steam momos for 10–12 minutes until the wrapper becomes soft and non-sticky.
  5. Remove the lid, let the steam evaporate, and transfer the momos to a plate. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Fryer

  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer up to 200°C.
  2. Put the frozen momos carefully into the heated oil.
  3. Let them fry for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the fryer and let them drain the oil.
  5. Put them on your plate and serve with dipping sauce and your favorite side dishes.
